Job description
We are looking for a Change Delivery Manager with experience in delivering Business Change Programmes & Projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of change programmes and projects management
- Ensure quality compliance at all levels - Business planning, development and delivery/ implementation
- Focus on innovation and Value Adds; Proactively encourage and cultivate an innovative culture
- Develop and maintain Stakeholder relationships with Business leads and third party suppliers
- Help resolve technical and operational issues, to ensure that the Project team meet their objectives
- People care, including training, performance oversight, performance feedback, assessments, performance improvement planning and mentoring
Role Requirements:
- Knowledge and Experience of Insurance is Mandatory (Company market and Lloyd’s)
- At least 5 A-C Grade GCSE’s including English, Maths and ICT
- Insurance qualifications e.g. CII (Desirable)
- Experience in agile, waterfall methodologies and full project life cycle
- Strong technical skills in Project management and Business Analysis
- Experience in coordination of project with multiple IT and business work stream, multiple stakeholders and multiple third party suppliers
- Negotiation with senior stakeholder, including C level
- Project Management: time schedule, reporting , Project Monitoring tools
- Writing technical specifications and business requirements
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams
- Capacity to manage project form end-to-tend with high autonomy, while being able to anticipate challenges, identify and manage risks and resolve issues

Salary and Benefits:
This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. The salary is between £60 -£85K per annum dependent upon experience, plus great benefits including pension, comprehensive private medical insurance with Bupa, learn a language programme, employee support services, generous holiday allowance and lots more!
Location: Flexible
Due to the pandemic, we are currently working from home and during 2021 (in line with government guidance) we envisage moving to a flexible approach to a combination of office and home working.
