Alderson James London are recruiting for a Global Finance and Tech Recruitment Consultancy based in the City of London as they look to hire 2 x Polish Speaking Graduate / Entry Level Recruiters in to the business.

The role as a Recruitment Consultant holds a lot of potential, by working hard you can enjoy lots of career progression and an uncapped OTE.

When joining the business you will learn the resourcing side of the role before you move on to prospecting for and managing clients. You will be a specialist Consultant within the Finance and Tech space, you will resource for candidates by headhunting, using social media, posting job adverts and networking. You will then match your candidates to live vacancies.

The role of a Recruiter is about networking with clients and candidates, matching suitable talent to roles, managing the interview process, negotiating, and placing the right professional into the right job.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development - Identifying and developing client/business relationships
• Consultant - with both candidates and clients.
• Source candidates and briefing them on the opportunities
• Managing the interview process
• Present and negotiate offers
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Network to gather business information and market intelligence that can be converted to new business leads.

• A proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
