We are currently seeking a bright and dedicated graduate/student with a strong work ethic and interest in the property industry to join our team in Mayfair London. The position consists of a minimum of 3 to 6 months internship with the opportunity of a full-time contract - subject to performance.
The role will be that of Assistant Asset Manager and the candidate will be in charge of managing our extensive portfolio along with assisting the investment team with market research and feasibility reports on attractive buy opportunities. There is also a potential for the candidate to be involved in our equity investments and M&A activities. Property Management, Asset Management, Financial module on development, and commercial real estate management.
