Team Overview

This role is within the Establishment Programme Delivery Team supporting the running and delivery of Establishment events, which supports the successful delivery of the corporate Net Growth in Total Establishment objective.

  • The role is integral part of the Establishment Programme Delivery Team contributing to all aspects of its delivery and leadership of the Establishment business unit.
  • Contribute to successful delivery of the corporate Net Growth in Total Establishment objective via supporting the running of all Establishment events

What you’ll be doing:

  • High level communication with recruits
  • Manage Event Tech Platform and set up for Quality event delivery
  • Manage and host monthly recruitment Insight events, coordinating room booking, speakers, marketing material, travel, set up etc.
  • Salesforce / Pardot / Zoom system updates and quality checks
  • Attend and run Establishment events where required (both recruit and internal)
  • Manage accommodation and travel booking process for attendees to Establishment events
  • Support Programme Delivery manager in all aspects of event delivery, contributing to wider team tasks where appropriate
  • Contribute to delivery of all aspects of Establishment events as part of PDT including; objectives, structure, venue, travel, content, follow up, etc.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with others by delivering on promises, and by dealing effectively and courteously with queries
  • Ability to manage a busy inbox
  • Managing individual expectations and anticipate potential conflicts
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills required for checking presentation material and preparation of reports
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly paying attention to detail
  • Flexibility and creativity to propose new approaches to enhance current processes

Special Requirements:

  • Some out of normal hours work may be required for events
  • Some semi-regular travel will be required in order to support Establishment events
