Junior Equities Desk Analyst
Quantatative ltd is an multi asset class trading house ( Equties, Commodities, FX). The team is comprised of many senior traders and analysts who combined have over 60 years of experience in the financial markets. Our philosophy is to generate absolute returns year over year on a consistent basis.
Quantatative Ltd requires a junior analyst/trading assistant to undertake share execution, entry of trades, maintaining ledgers, reconciling p&l and performing stock research on listed companies.
There are two positions one for the US desk and one for the UK desk and timing will be as apropriate for each market.
Duties includes:
The successful candidate will be hard-working, numerate, adaptable and most importantly passionate.
Full training will be given and previous experience of stocks and shares trading is not essential but preferred.
We are looking for someone with a strong mathematics or finance background.
Progression: There is the potential to move on to a trading position in the medium term.
Salary: Salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience and ability.
Location: Greater London, Orpington (16 minutes from London Bridge)
