We are Subscript, a brand new digital title strictly concerned with underrepresented stories, content and ideas. We're on the hunt for talent writers and content creators to contribute to our title. What makes us different is the fact that anything goes! Our entire ethos is to write about the stuff no one else does. So think underrepresented groups, subcultures, topics or genres. This means everything from up and coming names fashion, to those making waves in the underground music scene across the globe or use your voice to speak to the changing social political landscape with a new position.
We are on the lookout for writers and contributors to come on board and work with us.
Writing across our content categories of Heart, Style, Knowledge, Virtuoso and Other - contributors can speak on any topic that resonates, as long as its speaks to our underrepresented editorial style.
If written word isn't your thing, we'd also love to hear from those in the illustration, film or audio space, the more diverse the better ... it just has tell us something new or from a different perspective.
As fresh start up, we work fairly independently here, and expect you to source your own work and take the initiative.
Allow yourselves to be inspired by any and everything, submit it to us and we'll let you know if it works, what to change or how we can make it better. Periodically we will of course come to you with specific assignments or collaborative ideas.
