What are you going to do:

TLS Property Services was formed in April 2020. It originally fell under a different Company name but took the decision during Covid-19 to divide the business into two. It made my services more visible and helped when finding new clients.  The main responsibilities will include: 

• Research suitable leads for each campaign 
• Create a Spreadsheet of leads detailing actions and follow-ups 
• Follow-up leads if no response 
• Send out letters and follow up letters 
• Suggest better methods and processes if required 
• Be creative 

We require 10 hours per week at present and would be interested in a 3-month trial with a view to a rolling agreement.
We always welcome innovative ideas and suggestions from the team to help us better what we are doing.
