About The Role
Retail Management - $80,000 on target earnings

We’re looking for inspirational retail leaders who can motivate a team, drives sales, and manage a world-class customer experience.
 
Wren Kitchens provide the best kitchen showrooms to allow customers to inspire themselves and create a truly unique tailored kitchen at affordable prices. Our retail teams look after our customers from design to installation to ensure customers have a seamless process buying their dream kitchen.

Main responsibilities:
  • Cover for the General Manager, and all their duties, when away from the showroom
  • To support the General Manager in delivery of the end to end customer experience; engaging customers and generating leads, inspirational design, customer sign off, pre-installation, delivery and installation
  • Managing and coaching the showroom team to deliver; sales / KPI targets, service standards, showroom presentation standards, process compliance & company values by being an inspirational leader within the showroom
  • HR; Conducting regular 1-2-1s, performance development reviews with the showroom team and recruitment
  • Process expert within the showroom, to attend regular "train the trainer" sessions and ensure compliance of process within showroom
  • Working with Installation Managers to ensure service standards of Installers and installations are maintained
  • Working with the General Manager to identify individual training requirements across the showroom team
  • Regular communication with customers to ensure they are happy with the showrooms service, designs and overall customer service
  • Allocating online appointment requests, telephone and walk-in customers to designers to improve appointment volumes
  • Supporting the showroom team with escalations and issue resolution where required to central customer service and installation teams
  • Ensure showroom kitchen displays are kept in high-quality condition and maintain high standards within the showroom
Training:
You will spend time training in an existing showroom, learning about our products and our systems and completing an e-learning programme. You will also create your first kitchen designs and observe existing Designers and Managers.

You’ll join our intense residential Training Academy course, with other new Kitchen Sales Consultants and Retail Managers. This course will provide you with all of the knowledge and practical skills that you need to look after our customers.

Once you’ve graduated from our Kitchen Academy, you’ll be allocated your management training showroom. These are perfectly selected to allow you to complete the rest of our intense management onboarding programme. Here, you’ll complete our key management training modules and be assessed throughout. You will also complete a management induction with other new Retail Managers. Once you have completed your management onboarding programme, you’ll begin your exciting career as a Wren Retail Manager.

About You
Over the next few years, we’ll be opening showrooms all across the North East, before expanding across the rest of the United States. Our showrooms are the best in the business, but ultimately, Wren is defined by its people.

We are looking for self-motivated high achievers who are passionate about looking after our customers. Below are some key points about you to consider for your application:
  • Kitchen design experience is preferable but not essential
  • Experience in a retail management or sales role is preferable but not essential
  • You can work 40 hours a week including weekends and evenings
  • You are customer-focused and prepared to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment
  • You'll have the ability to work in a large sales team and achieve key performance metrics
  • You'll be results-driven and have experience hitting or exceeding targets
