Looking for two people to help at our wedding. Role will include: Staffing a bar (Drinks will be available to guests, largely just identifying options to them and helping older guests) Keeping hot drink jugs (Tea/Coffee) topped up. Moving chairs between ceremony room and marquees. Cleaning glassware, some cutlery, and bowls. Only the dessert course has pots that we will need to wash.
Wedding will be at Nanpantan Hall, just outside of Loughborough. From 4pm until 11pm on the 19th of July. We're looking for two people to help us with the drink and food elements.
We've got an open license for drinks so we'll have a bar with all the options. You'll help guests with what there is available, and aide them with the pouring of hot drinks. There will be some chair moving and pot cleaning as well. Only the dessert course will genetate pots you will need to clean. You'll need to be independant in solving small issues that arise and managing your own breaks between you. I'll give a you briefing on the day, and we'll likely learn together how their particular pot washing machine works!
