Product Manager in London

Head of Product - Permanent

Source is working with a small IT Security company to recruit for a Permanent Head of Product to play a pivotal role in driving the new product strategy, expand the product roadmap, get the product launched, and drive a robust product management process.

Location:Remote (must be UK-based)
Salary:£55-75K (negotiable for the right candidate)

You will work with the leadership team to take over responsibility for implementing the product strategy, and manage the product team. You will work with the leadership team and Product Manager to understand, prioritise and translate customer needs and business goals into an ambitious product roadmap.

Required skills:
-6+ years' experience as a Product Manager or in a Product Leadership role
-Strong case studies to showcase process and thinking behind products you have built/delivered
-Strong sense of product design and a passion for creating amazing user experiences
-Strong communication skills, experience articulating design and product direction to senior stakeholders
-Experience managing design and product people in a small environment
-Experience working in a strong product-led environment
