Studio Manager in London

We are looking for a Studio Manager to work with a boutique digital agency who deliver a range of campaigns to a mix of great brands. This is an opportunity for a Studio Manager to manage the operations of the creative studio, with responsibility for job management, resourcing planning and cost tracking… you will get to work with internal stakeholders across tech, production and creative.

The key focus for the role of Studio Manager is to ensure that all projects are properly resourced- your key responsibilities will include:

*Leading daily stand ups and production planning meetings.
*Staff scheduling across projects and tracking contracts with 3rd party suppliers.
*Production of status reports on a timely basis to keep track of budget and costs.
*Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new freelancers- helping to proactively source new talent and record them within IR35 obligations.

To be considered for this role you need to ideally have come from a Studio Manager role within advertising/Marketing/Creative agency. Your communication skills must be second to none and your organisational skills on point!

*Experience of budget management
*A background in resource tracking and project management.
*Able to think strategically
*A love of team collaboration but equally can get things done by themselves!
