Customer Service Administration 8.30 am - 10 pm Some Weekend work required
Your new company
Hays are requiting for a permanent customer service administrator, this role is based on the outskirts of Manchester, hours of work on a rotational basis are 8.30 am - 10 pm and some weekend work is applicable.
Your new role
You will be responsible for full customer service support, responding to enquires via phone, email, web-chat and various other social media platforms, you will process orders, respond to queries, understand the business tone of voice, achieve KPIs and customer targets, spot opportunities to up-sell, understand all products, reply to reviews whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a customer service role, ideally from a retail or luxury brand background, you will have excellent communication skills, you will have experience inputting orders, you will understand the importance of excellent customer service. Experience using IT packages and being comfortable using social media is essential. You must be able to work weekends and on a rotational shift basis of 8.30 am - 10 pm.
