Offering a 40 hours per week, permanent contract in which you will receive 7 weeks full time training based in Newry.

As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. You will provide a high level of customer service via inbound calls, chats and emails and will be required to have the confidence and knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered to the highest standard possible.
