Lettings Referencing Customer Service Advisor

Grantham

£16,302 - £17,374 Basic Salary – Full Training - Career Progression  

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm with weekends and bank holidays off.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out tenant referencing in accordance with company service standards, service level agreement, company policies, procedures, directives and statutory rules and regulations

Key Skills and Knowledge:

You will have gained administrative and customer service experience ideally from working within an accounts, financial services, property, lettings and/or insurance environment.

You must be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.

As well as having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with internal and external clients.

You must be accurate, numerate and detail conscious and be self-motivated and able to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
