Junior IT Support Analyst - Perfect Graduate role/your first role in Technology!
Hays Technology are working with a public sector organisation in Stratford-upon-Avon supporting them with the recruitment for a Junior IT Support Analyst. This role would be perfect for a graduate fresh out of university or college or someone with maybe 1/2 year experience. You'll be providing support to the organisations users and you'll be maintaining systems and processes to contribute to the day-to-day running of their IT services. Providing a user focused first line support service you'll be logging and tracking incidents/ service requests in their Service Desk software ensuring resolution. Other duties will involve assisting in the escalation of all unresolved problems, administer user accounts and contributing to the maintenance of high standards of system and data security.
