Salary: £20,541 - £22,884 (£34,235- £38,141 FTE)

Working in partnership with community organisations across London, we deliver bespoke projects that support individuals and communities to enrich and improve lives.

We are looking for someone to coordinate and supervise courses within the subject areas. To participate in curriculum development activities in liaison with Contemporary Crafts team. Contribute to the design of a distinctive and high quality programme including the embedding of digital technologies. Play a key role in the promotion and success of the programme area. Support part-time tutors and the technicians as appropriate; carry out the necessary administrative and quality assurance procedures; and to teach on the programme as necessary.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Excellent subject knowledge in practical and theoretical contexts, both contemporary and historical
  • Hold a qualification in a related subject
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relatable experience and evidence of current practice or research
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and work constructively within a team
  • Effective written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to coordinate heavy workloads, manage projects to delivery, and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in adult education, FE or HE, in academic delivery or development
