CW Talent will provide European clients with exceptional service in delivering key hires whilst providing unrivalled levels of service and career insight to candidates.
Due to the Exceptionally high demand for our unique offering and value proposition, we are keen to secure a tenacious, hardworking individual who will work a warm desk with clients across Europe within the IT & Digital marketing space. (No Business Development required for the role)
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring & marketing teams to build on effective sourcing and selection strategies.
- Assess candidate profiles against specific role criteria.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- Track recruitment activity and deliver results against specified recruitment key performance metrics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results and being able to collaborate as part of a team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working to a range of performance metrics
- Fluency in English
- Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience with online sourcing techniques
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
