We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor
to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Norwich, Norfolk. As our
Customer Service Advisor you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
The main purpose of your role is to provide a property management
and tenancy administrationsupport service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and prepare renewal of tenancies and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carrier out in time and to agreed standards.
