Our client is an impressive digital agency located in Manchester City Centre. They’re experts in their field and are responsible for an award-winning, digital insight platform. Following a large investment and partnership with an international business, they’re building out their Account Management team with this recruit being instrumental to their exciting plans for 2021!

As their newest Account Executive, you will work directly on this platform, helping account manage and onboard new clients (many of which are blue chip companies) - gaining great exposure to a growing business. We are hiring numerous roles across the business so it’s an exciting time to join!

Main responsibilities of the Account Executive:

• Providing proactive support for the Account Management team with the day-to-day administration;
• Dealing with client requests and internal queries;
• Supporting the Account Management team to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to each client account;
• Gathering data and generating reports to carry out performance analysis;
• Using research tools to pull data and insights as requested by the Account Management team;
• Completing weekly and monthly client reporting;
• Helping with presentation compilation for both existing client and new business meetings;
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in a Marketing role (preferably performance marketing) is highly desirable
• A comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing channels is essential
• Educated to a degree level (ideally 2:1 or 1st - Marketing degrees highly sought after)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Switched-on, personable and confident speaking to clients
