Job description
Experienced Customer Service Agent to join this very busy team! You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support. This role is offered as a 6 month contract initially, but could lead to a permanent position.
Key accountabilities for the Customer Support Agent:
- Call handling
- Order processing
- Price, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requests
- Identifying of parts using inhouse identification software
- Accountable for the resolution of all complaints
- Work with internal teams to support customer service
Key skills:
- Strong customer service experience with good initiative ideally call centre/contact centre experience
- Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationships
- Confident communication skills
- Experience in working with a CRM system
- Strong IT skills
- Organised and methodical
- Able to work from home until the office is fully open
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
