·Basic salary of £20,000 with on target earnings of £40,000 in your first year.

The Role:
·You will pro-actively contact new clients and build relationships, gaining new business meetings for the field sales team.
·You will need to build rapport with key decision makers.
·Research and create a pipeline of new business leads.
·Contact leads by cold calling and via email, educating and nurturing prospective clients in order to secure their interest.
·Liaising with the Field Sales Team to maximise profit within accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:
·Educated to degree level, perfect for a new or recent graduate as all training is provided.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Proven strong work ethic.
·Outgoing personality - it’s a work hard have fun environment.
·Energy, passion and enthusiasm to go far.
·Can think on your feet.
