Customer Service Advisor in Saint Albans

4 - 40 hours per week

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a property company in the heart of St Albans!

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to warm enquiries from customers looking to sell their properties
  • Building and managing relationships with a portfolio of clients with the goal of them using the companies services to sell their property
  • Advising and educating customers of the services the company has to offer in a concise and effective manor
  • Handling a large volume of calls from prospective customers in securing new business for the company
  • No cold calling or drumming up own business!

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary: £20k (OTE £30k+)
  • Uncapped commission based on individual performance with realistic first year OTE of £30,000 - £32,000

  • Beer fridge on Friday at 4pm!
  • Hours: Mon 8am - 6pm, Tues - Thurs: 9am- 6pm, Fri: 9am - 5pm, Sat / Sun / Bank Holiday: 10am - 4pm. (Only one weekend in 4, and if you work a Saturday or Sunday (or both), you will get a day in lieu the following week)
