Customer Service Advisor - Complaints
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays)
Must be flexible between the hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm
Start date: ASAP - ongoing basis
Location: Cobalt Business Park
Hourly rate: £8.91
As a Complaints Advisor you will ensure all complaints are handled and resolved within internal & contractual SLA's, whilst delivering excellent service. You will proactively maintain a high level of organisation while working to tight timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective and timely management of customer complaints
Building effective, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
Responding to client requests as well as senior managers and directors
Attending customer review meetings when required
Communicating outcomes of complaints to suppliers
Managing the incident process, raising and categorising incidents according to the correct priority
Creating, reviewing and analysing MI to determine trends in complaints behaviour

Good judgement and able to make good decisions in limited timescales
Exceptional telephone manner
Analytical, able to see the best way to prioritise
Strong problem-solving abilities
