Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Redditch

Hourly Rate: from £17,500 per annum

Job Type : Permanent

If you have previous experience in customer service, call centre, or telesales, we have an exciting position to be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch.

Duties will include:

• Calling existing customers for feedback on services carried out
• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone
• Booking customers in for appointments
• To record and update information accurately
• Advise on costs and alternative services offered
  

Skills and Experience needed:

• Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Confident communication skills
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
