Customer Service Advisor in Washington

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

As a Customer Service Advisor with MyBuilder you’ll have the opportunity to really make a difference. This isn’t a call centre role - you’ll be working as part of a small, close knit team of people passionate about looking after our customers and helping them to find great tradespeople.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing the jobs our customers post on the website, ensuring they are matched to the best tradespeople for the work involved
  • Delivering excellent levels of service, picking up the phone to chat to our customers if we need more information about their job or if they’ve reached out for support
  • Responding to customer emails and processing update requests
  • Moderating our Ask a Tradesman forum where our customers can get advice from tradespeople
  • Supporting other departments across the business as required

Note - The role is fully home-based until we can safely return to the office within COVID guidelines after which it will be a mix of time working from home and time in the office.
