Trainee Workspace Manager

The successful candidate will work alongside the site manager whilst they grow into the role.
Requirements
- Ability to use initiative and at times think outside the box to problem solve issues as and when they arise
- Good communication skills, know when to ask for help and respond sensitively to clients on site
- Be proactive and capably organise time and workload
- Innovative with a vision for the future and desire to constantly improve oneself, the site and company
- Enjoy building strong relationships and passionate about developing the community towards a professional, energetic, exciting and fun culture
Daily Tasks
- Interacting with everyone on site developing relationships, occasionally creating BBQs or other events bringing people together
- Day to day management of occupiers ensuring health and safety is upheld and fees are paid
- Marketing vacant units, viewings, moving occupants in and out
- Maintaining the site and handling contractors
- Putting forward proposals for site improvement including creative greening, developing breakout areas more, adding quirks
- Provision of services to the site (utility etc)
- Keeping the site in good order ensuring the communal spaces are kept clear
- Maintaining key registers, ledgers and records (via excel)
- Occasionally assisting client deliveries with forklift operation (training provided)
There will be times where candidate will be required to work late or come in outside of business hours.
This role is offered in collaboration with the Kickstarter scheme 16-24 year olds who are claiming universal credit without other income during the probationary 6 month period.
Pay Package
£21,000 - £24,000 starting salary dependant on experience. 40 hour week
