Customer Service Advisor in Northampton

Gi Group is recruiting for experienced customer service advisor for one of our busy clients in Northampton

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the voice of the company and your main priority will be to ensure that customers are provided with an excellent service every time. If you love to work in a fast-paced vibrant office, engage with different people every day, feel like part of a family and have fun, then this role is perfect for you!

What would your main responsibilities be?
To provide an unrivalled customer experience.

Previous experience in the logistics industry would be an advantage, however training will be given
Days of work: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800 with 1hr lunch break
Saturday on a Rota Basis

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19000 per annum
