Job description

Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for Customer Services? Tate are currently supporting our highly established and growing client is their search for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor.

This is a customer first role, working for an organisation that pride themselves on the quality of their products and how they treat people.

Working is a supportive and friendly team, this role will provide the opportunity to develop your own personal skill set whilst delivering a first class customer service that you can be proud of.

The role will involve handling phone and on-line enquiries, carrying out investigations and working with internal and external parties to resolve any issues faced by the customer.

An exceptional level of training will be provided, with the opportunity to access further learning if desired.

The overall package for this position offers excellent benefits and attracts a salary from £20,000 to £20,200.
