About FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics:
We strongly believe that through using big data, batch manufacturing can be as productive as mass production. FourJaw is a tech start-up business that has spun out from within the University of Sheffield's Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre. Building on several years of process monitoring research, we have developed akin to a "fitness tracker" for CNC machines. FourJaw's Industrial IOT platform uses data from CNC machines to dramatically improve communication from shop floor to top floor. This offers benefits such as improved job costing and scheduling, reduced unplanned machine downtime, and quick diagnosis of quality problems. The overarching goal is to drastically improve productivity levels within our customers' manufacturing operations, resulting in increased competitiveness on a global stage.
