We're always looking for qualified Commercial Accountants to join our Finance team, located at our Head Office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Are you a qualified Accountant, ideally practice trained, with good commercial knowledge?
We're looking for candidates who have proven experience working in a commercial, business partnering role. Our Commercial Finance teams are true business partners to the wider business undertaking analysis, and providing commercial advice to decision makers and key stakeholders. Your influence will truly matter and you'll make a difference by driving change and efficiency within your team.
Other responsibilities include:
You'll ideally have the following skills/experience:
Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
Good commercial knowledge.
Ideally practice trained.
Excellent stakeholder management skills (both internal and external) and an ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines.
Experience of working in an accounting/finance environment in a similarly large business.

New Ways of Working
The wellbeing of our colleagues is really important to us and we want everyone to have a great home and work life balance. Because of this we've introduced a four day working week for all full time colleagues based at our head office in Bradford.
You’ll be able to flex your working hours around the core hours of 10am-4pm, and can choose to do different hours each day as long as you’re covering these core hours. Each four day week will contain four average nine hour days.
To be more competitive and support our stores and sites more effectively, we now work over a six day operation, Monday to Saturday inclusive, and everyone in our head office now works one Saturday in every four (or 13 a year), albeit Saturday will be a shorter working day of 6 hours.
