A bit about the role

After a very busy start to 2021, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the UX, UI & Product Management permanent team here at Source. You would be working alongside a fantastic bunch of colleagues who all pull together to deliver the best client and candidate experiences. 

The role is a full 360 recruitment position where you would be proactively sourcing candidates within UX/UI Design and Product Management, as well as partnering with a range of clients including creative agencies, start-ups, and leading brands.

The ideal candidate:

Will possess an excellent ability to understand briefs from clients, generate new business, and determine what skills and experience potential candidates need to have. Ideally, you’ll be someone from a recruitment background or a UX/UI or Product Management background looking for a career change, who can spin many plates, prioritise, and respond promptly to the demands of a busy and driven industry.
 

You would be a recruiter who can demonstrate to your clients and candidates where you can add value, consulting effectively, sharing your passion and knowledge of the sector, and positively influencing the process to achieve the best results. Most of all, your resilience and tenacity and motivation will be second to none.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand briefs and determine what the required skills are
• Manage applications and proactively source candidates utilising a variety of methods        
• Interviewing candidates face to face as well as via the telephone, and undertaking all required reference checks where necessary
• Research and gain new business leads for opportunities across UX,UI & Product Management
• Networking and connecting with the industry face to face and through social media
