Digital Marketing Intern in London

What are you going to do:

Quick Click Security is a start up tech company in a very exciting growth phase!

We are a digital platform centralising access to jobs, training, resources, knowledge and networks for all those in or wanting to join the private security industry.

We are looking for a motivated, proactive digital marketer who would like to gain real experience in an innovative and very fast moving environment. You will NEED the ability to think on your own 2 feet and like the idea of having ownership of your projects.

You will not only want to create content and promote products/services but consider the success of your campaigns and work on ways to improve. You will have a great deal of autonomy reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Creating a social media marketing strategy to boost traffic to the website and sales of services
• Create marketing strategy for individual products - CV service/Career Coaching, New Career Pathways tool, Live Jobs Board, Live Training Course listing page
• Create an email marketing strategy using Mailchimp/Hubspot
• Create unique and attention grabbing marketing content - infographics, videos, etc (using canva or similar)
• Source interesting and relevant content to post and improve engagement
• Responsibility for growth and engagement of all social media platforms. Managing groups/pages - growing group members, interacting with new members
• Sharing live jobs across social media platforms and interacting with interested candidates.
• Generating new user registrations through social media advertising
• Creating weekly performance reports using Google analytics and making suggestions for improvement

You will learn:

• How to market a service online using social media, email and telephone.
• Salefunnels - training with experienced sales and marketing experts will be given.
• How to use Google Analytics
• How to plan a digital marketing strategy for Facebook & LinkedIn - setting goals, recording data and analysing results for week on week improvement.
• Branding using Canva.

What we need from you:

• Energy, an inquisitive mind, problem solver
• Examples of your interest in digital marketing whether you have previous experience or have ran your own ecommerce store, blog page, etc
• Excellent written English - you will be creating posts and content as a representative of the company and after a probation period your work we need to trust you will maintain a good quality of work without constant supervision.

Working Environment

We use Microsoft Teams to maintain contact between each other. We believe being able to see each other is important and improves our engagement and ability to work as a remote community so you will be expected to use video too, except for special circumstances.

You will need to use your own laptop and/or computer as we can not provide you with a work machine. If required, we will provide guidance on setting up your machine to begin development.

We have a flexible working hour policy which can be fine-tuned to your needs. In general, we will expect everyone to be available during the core part of the day but can adapt as necessary. With this in mind, you are monitored on performance and outputs, not exact hours worked.
