Full Time - Law Graduates - Recruitment

What are you going to do:

My client is a Global Executive Search / Recruitment business with a leading Legal Recruitment team, working across mainly Associate, Partner, C Level and General Counsel Legal roles working across both Private Practice and In-House Permanent roles in the UK and Ireland, Europe, Asia and USA.

With training directly from a Director my client offers a clear, structured and predictable career path from Associate Headhunter to Consultant and beyond.

We are looking for Law Graduates primarily, those who have graduated already or those who have either worked in Law (Paralegal and NQ) or other professions previously or looking for their first full time career job.

An Associate hire will need to be polished, highly articulate, excellent written skills.

We require someone who has an interest in Legal as well as someone ambitious and looking to Headhunt as a long term career.

You should have clear reasons and an idea about what Executive Recruitment and Search looks like and why it is a long term career for you.
