What are you going to do:
Little Rackets are looking for a young and passionate individual who is looking to build their career within a start-up company, bringing their skills and talent to the platform! We are a small, enegertic and fun team who are looking for another great team member to join us!
Children's Sports Coach Description:
- Teaching tennis to younger children (ages 2-6) in various nurseries and schools across South London during term time
- The candidate will travel to 3/4 nurseries a day (1hr session at each nursery) in the hours between 9am-5pm
- Assist and coach at Little Rackets holiday camps throughout school holidays/ half-terms (Multi-sports camps: predominantly tennis, with rugby and football - fuill training will be provided)
- 5 fixed working days a week (Monday - Friday) with the ability to build on hours by taking on private session at weekends if desired
- There is lots of opportunity for growth within the business, including manager roles, social media and marketing roles etc.These opportunities will be opened up for the right candidate who shows passion and enthusiaum
Please see below for role requirements:
- Must drive and have access to a car during working days; as will be needed to travel from nursery to nursery with equipment
- Fun, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children - previous experience with children preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills, well presented and friendly
- Previous sports coaching experience preferred but not required – full training will be given to the successful candidate
- Reliable and hard-working – as a start-up company, we rely heavily on our staff to help drive the business. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, professional, punctual and eager to get involved.
- Willing to learn - there is a lot of opportunity to progress and widen the role to other areas of the business in the future.
