This job is able to be completed in any area of the country. We are looking for enthusiastic, keen individuals to become our Venue Champions. You will be on site to help our customers maximise the value of FETCH with absolute knowledge of the product, and you will promote high levels of quality customer engagement to ensure maximum usage. You are our advocate and champion and will work directly with our sales and customer success teams to report back any issues, provide feedback from the venues and help them with any initial set-up issues.
You will be required to educate customers on the product and to explain to them how our services can benefit them, acting as an expert for FETCH.
You will help in the installation of FETCH in the venue.
You will assist customers in downloading, ordering and paying through FETCH.
You will provide advice and guidance to venue employees on how to use and maximise use of FETCH.
You will be sent into new venues to observe, interact, and report on customers interactions with FETCH, feeding back to HQ on how things can be improved and enhanced.
You will arrange marketing material to look tidy and attractive to customers.
You will engage with customers and discover their wants and needs and you will be the face of the brand and representing the company during all customer interactions.
You will submit daily reports through the company CRM with feedback from the venue.
