Specialist Teaching Assistant - Part-time in Maidstone

Start Date: September 2021 Pay: £13,926 - £15,200 per annum (£20,585- £22,469 FTE) Specialist TA for student with Down’s Syndrome New Line Learning Academy are seeking to employ a dynamic and creative Teaching Assistant to support on a 1:1 basis for a learner with Downs syndrome. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students with learning difficulties and will be willing to support learning throughout all subject areas. You will need to be: • Able to support with speech and language program • Able to support with physiotherapy • Confident in First Aid • Creativity to help break down barriers to learning • Any areas of training will be supported for the right candidate This role is on a fixed-term basis until July 2022, for 30 hours per week, five days per week, term-time only.
