We are looking for students who can conduct a usability test for Exam-taker Experience (including both system check and set up ProctorExam right before starting the exam). Within these 45 min (zoom) sessions, we want to learn what exam-takers understand the steps and concepts to complete and successfully set up a remote exam environment. Further, we'd like to discover areas where exam-takers have difficulty or experience anxiety while attempting to set up a remote exam session. This research will cover both the System Check & the environment set up, ID verify & exam session to be completed by submitting the exam or ending the remote proctoring session.
ProctorExam is a fully web-based solution designed to run as a stand-alone experience or embedded within an existing assessment environment. Compatible with Linux, Mac and Windows operating systems, candidates can take their remote tests using their own equipment, with minimum prerequisites.
