Overcome is one of the world's most ambitious charities. Our aim to bring about the creation of evidence based treatments to mental illnesses that can be accessed globally, for free, at a fraction of the cost of the cheapest treatments available today. You can read more about us at overcome.org.uk
- You can choose precisely what you want to work on, so long as it aligns with our goal, and you get to choose how you go about it.
- Guaranteed acceptance for any student at a global top 25 university (QS), no matter the discipline
- Training costs will be covered by the charity
- There will be no fees/charges of any kind for either student or parent, and we will cover all additional expenditure necessitated by your work
- All work can be done anywhere in the world, with no fixed hours
- Students who do a good job will receive a letter of recommendation, which we will publish on our website alongside a description of their work and how it helped
- Exceptional interns (top 20%) will be offered a guaranteed place on next year's scheme, access to longer term placements with higher training budgets, and may even be offered paid employment
