Our client is a leading UK Personal Investing business. They are seeking to hire two roles - a 12 month FTC and a permanent positon. The roles will be responsible for managing a programme of customer communications, covering regulatory customer communications, financial statements, financial literature and updating customers of corporate changes to their investment and pension accounts. The roles will focus on project managing the process and operational delivery of these customer communications.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidatea will have experience in financial services or a regulated industry. Experience is likely to be in email/marketing automation, operational customer communications or a similar role. An understanding of the retail investment, pensions or retirement marketing would be advantageous. Candidates will also ideally have some experience working with marketing automation software such as Marketo.
Candidates will also need strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
