My client is looking for an Internal Sales Candidate starting on a temporary basis moving into a permanent role for the right candidate, the main purpose of the role is below

What will you be doing?

·Supporting the growth and development of our business by delivering customer service that exceeds expectations

·Making outbound calls in line with company campaigns

·Preparing and submitting timely quotes via email, telephone or hard copy

·Proactively following up customer enquiries to generate and build profitable orders

·Developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and potential customers

·Tracking, progressing and chasing incoming product orders

·Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, including entering sales orders onto our system and maintaining a customer database

·Playing your part in face-to-face customer visits as required

  What skills and experience will you need?

·Proven customer service experience and ideally a background in Engineering, Distribution/MRO

·Proficiency using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word

·Excellent communication and relationship building skills

·A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail

·A good standard of personal presentation

·A full driving licences

The role is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, £19,000
