The Role
The Execution Consulting team is responsible for engaging with clients to improve their execution quality, assisting in designing and tuning algorithmic trading strategies and publishing notes on a wide range of market structure topics.
This role is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the leading Execution Consulting teams in Europe on a six-month internship. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to equities electronic trading, Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA), pre & post-trade analytics and market structure research.
Duties and responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Developing new ways to analyse and evaluate the performance of our trading strategies
• Conducting bespoke Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) on client flow
• Providing content for our market structure pieces
• Data quality checks
• Improving our suite of data visualisation tools on Tableau
• Best Execution and outlier analysis
