The organisation is looking to grow their workforce significantly over the course of the year and need a dynamic recruiter to support with this on a wide variety of roles, including IT & tech, marketing, finance, HR and other head office roles.

Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers, advising on best recruitment practice;
  • Implement and utilise innovative recruiting strategies;
  • Proactively develop candidate pipelines and talent pools;
  • Utilise all aspects of candidate generation, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools available;
  • Ensuring all applicants receive an excellent candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of their application;
  • Ensuring all candidates receive consistent communication at all stages, including feedback to unsuccessful candidates;
  • Provide ad-hoc MI reports relating to recruitment to aid future plans;
  • Work to objectives such as Cost Per Hire, Time to Hire and Quality of Hire.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in a recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting IT or other head office roles
  • Experience managing mid-high role volumes at one time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines
