Inside IR35 / Remote / 6 Months Initial

My client is looking for a talented Delivery / Project Manager to join for an initial 6 months contract working on 12 months project.

Role Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, particularly product management and technology, to drive the right outcomes for our clients and ensure that intelligent controls are applied to mitigate risk to the organisation.
- Accountable for leading the delivery of end-2-end business solutions using the appropriate methods and tools to maximise value to the business.
- Assignment lead for a multi-disciplinary enduring team driving collaboration, transparency and certainty of outcomes being achieved.

Must Have Skills:
Investments – do they need particular investment platform experience or having just worked in an investment environment and have good understanding. Experience of working on Investment Change Programmes/ Projects incl launch of funds, digital fund wrappers etc
Reconciliations – do you mean from a financial accounting perspective or investments / assets? This is the procurement and implementation of a new reconciliations platform, for this role I’d like someone who has delivered a reconciliations platform and associated FCA reporting.
Digi Mailroom/ Paperless. For this ideally I’d like someone who has implemented a digital mailroom or new case management tool to digitise paper.

Experience / Skills:

- Ability to navigate challenges and problem solving – driven to make things better (and simpler) for our clients – fostering an attitude of continuous improvement to deliver maximum value to the business and will look at problems differently and really drive to make us better.
- 3 years + experience in the skills area; with practical knowledge of working across both traditional and agile methodises and understands the approach to decide which will deliver the greatest value aligned to the strategic outcomes.
