Are you a recent graduate or highly-driven candidate with some working experience, now seeking an opportunity to work in a supportive and positive environment, with unlimited earning potential?
We are recruiting for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join a successful and expanding specialist recruitment agency, based in St Albans.
To be considered for the role, you will need to bring a strong work ethic with bags of enthusiasm and determination to cope in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You will be offered a fantastic bespoke training and development programme, with constant support, to ensure a hugely successful transition in to the business and industry, whilst encouraging rapid promotion.
Key responsibilities:
Manage calls from new clients and candidates, whilst learning new techniques
Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
Resourcing suitable experienced candidates for vacancies via LinkedIn and job boards
Identify future business opportunities through clients and candidates within a specialist market
Hitting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
What the employer is looking for:
Ideally some experience in B2B/B2C sales, hospitality or customer services
Degree educated - advantageous (but not essential)
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Strong verbal and written English is essential
Motivated, goal orientated with a hunger to succeed
Confident interpersonal skills and able to build strong working relationships
Salary: £20k + £4k OTE in first year
The commission structure is very generous and offers opportunity for fantastic unlimited earning potential!
