This small, supportive and comprehensive Secondary School situated in Harrow, North West have started their search to find an Maths Graduate to join them on a contract basis for the upcoming academic year!
The Head of Maths is looking to add an Maths Graduate to support GCSE and A-Level students on a 1:1 and small group basis with challenging areas of the curriculum.
Job Details - Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Maths Graduate
- First-Class Maths degree is preferable, a 2:1 degree is required
- Excellent 11-18 mixed comprehensive school located in Harrow, North West London
- Supporting GCSE and A-Level students throughout the academic year
- Learn how to plan and prepare small group lessons – Maths Graduate
- Working closely with a qualified Maths Teacher - supporting a mixed ability group of students
- A well-resourced school and a stimulating environment for teaching and learning
- Pay: £350 per week, paid on a weekly PAYE basis
The school are looking for an enthusiastic Maths Graduate with outstanding academics at GCSE and A-Level and Degree to stretch their most able students and help less able students close the gap. The successful Maths Graduate will be passionate about helping students achieve positive outcomes in Maths.
The Head of Maths is keen to add a Maths Graduate to her team to help students exceed their expectations and the role will involve working under her direction and tutoring small groups of between 4-6 students.
