We actively seek to recruit talented people from all academic backgrounds into our training programs and entry level positions.
If so your journey will start in our brand-new training academy in Malta.
You will commence a 4-week crash course into the international financial markets where you will commence the following:
- How to Plan and Prospect business.
- Perfecting your soft skills
- Introduction skills
- Closing skills
- Start your industry qualifications.
- Weekly training sessions with industry experts.
- Trained on the internal CRM systems.
- Learning to plan & process your career to achieve maximum success.
Following your successful 4-week course you will then transfer to one of our global offices to continue your training on:
- Learning the 3 Pillars of Wealth Management Researching and prospecting potential clients attend client meetings alongside your Wealth Advisor to learn the industry from the inside out.
- For more complex clients, book appointments with your allocated Wealth Advisor to provide full holistic advice.
- Take part in twice-daily training sessions with your Manager, Technical Training Team along with Institutional training teams to continue to be up-skilled.
- Using deVere’s own online learning library to blend the hard, soft, and educational skills required to become a fully qualified and competent Wealth Advisor.
