Digital Marketing Coordinator, UK & Ireland in London

We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Digital Marketing Professional to join the team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role is extremely fast paced, so a highly organised and self-motivated individual is essential. This role is office based in central London.

OVERVIEW

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the implementation of digital strategy and performance-led online campaigns for the Pandora brand. The role will constitute a key interface between Pandora’s global teams, local performance agencies and the wider UK marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

GENERAL

  • Facilitate relationships between UK, regional and global digital marketing teams, sharing learnings and pioneering the UK as a leading market
  • Develop digital-specific activities to support our content and commerce strategic objectives
  • Align with and support wider marketing department, including Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Retail Marketing, PR and Graphics
  • Be the key day-to-day contact with digital arm of UK media agency, SEO agency, Affiliate partner, PPC agency and all 3rd party tools and suppliers
  • Present digital channel insights in weekly eCommerce trade meetings
  • Create, consolidate and share digital Post Campaign Analyses with marketing department

 

PPC

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager and PPC agency in driving forward paid search innovation, strategy and commercial results
  • Monitor and manage weekly, monthly and post-campaign reporting ensuring the channel hits eSTORE revenue targets
  • Manage PPC agency relationships, including organising meetings, QBRs and administering weekly calls
  • Assist with upcoming campaign planning, supplying ad copy and assets
  • Manage and maintain the product feed, incorporating PPC recommendations and best practice
  • Adopt a test and learn approach, keeping up-to-date with industry developments, best practices and new platform features

 

SEO

  • Support SEO agency with upcoming campaign planning and commercial priorities
  • Sign off of meta data, SEO copy and content strategy
  • Conceptualise and build SEO relevant content and landing pages on site, with support from eCommerce team
  • Liaise with eCommerce Content Merchandiser, ensuring on-site optimisations are implemented
  • Lead link-building campaigns and brand events to drive high quality outreach, backlinks and content
  • Spearhead local SEO, managing store locator entries and GMB listings

 

AFFILIATE MARKETING

  • Own affiliate channel and agency relationship, supported by Digital Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate campaign planning, including supplying commercial calendars, ad copy and creative assets
  • Oversee budget management and allocation, with strategic approach to commission, tenancy placements and campaign opportunities
  • Lead innovative tactics for programme growth, including working with Digital Marketing Manager to determine channel strategy, objectives and KPIs
  • Manage affiliate network and partner relationships, including forging new contacts, networking and sign off of brand-safe publishers to the programme
  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities, driving forward the content strategy and blogger incentive programme
  • Drive commercial results and hit eSTORE revenue targets through continuous and detailed analysis of campaign performance, using learnings and recommendations to responsively grow programme performance
  • Execute day-to-day tasks, including affiliate newsletters, transaction enquiries and cancellations

 

DISPLAY

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in leading display strategy, with a strong focus on O2O, store support, DCO and footfall measurement
  • Work alongside Brand Marketing team and Graphics to deliver commercially relevant, cross-channel appropriate creatives
  • Coordinate campaign asset packs to support media agency, leading creative briefing calls and signing off on final display formats
  • Focus on measurement and reporting, challenging agency performance and leading optimisation recommendations

 

PARTNERS / STORES

  • Be the digital marketing support contact for all stores and online stockists, managing the brand guidelines and signing off on digital activity and initiatives
  • Work closely with the Retail Marketing and eCommerce teams to create the Digital 360 communications for all online retailers
  • Coordinate the in-house creative service for all online retailers and stockists, ensuring that digital marketing assets and communications are correct and in line with Pandora brand guidelines

 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:


  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role within the retail sector
  • Expertise in core digital channels, including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social Media and Display
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and analytical, with an ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience with digital analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
  • Enthusiasm, positive approach, energy and passion for digital marketing
  • Results focused and data-driven, with keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies and advertising solutions in the industry
  • Degree educated or equivalent
