Mid Level backend Developer in London

I am looking for a talented backend developer to join the development team of a creative agency with digital at its core, to deliver medium to large-scale projects. I am looking for someone who is genuinely excited about digital and the industry and enjoys working as part of a small team where they can have a real impact.


Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Tech Lead, the main focus of the role will centre around the delivery of backend functionality for our clients' projects. In addition to current projects, you will also be responsible for helping scope future projects, contributing to technical design, documentation and time estimates.
Skill Requirements

Critical skills
*Strong PHP skills (from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7)
*Experience of OOP
*Experience with a PHP MVC framework (preferable Symfony)
*Comfortable with MySQL
*Experience with Version Control System
*Integrating with 3rd parties via APIs
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*A high level of attention to detail
*A passion for developing clean, fast and beautiful code
*Experience working within a fast paced development environment, preferably agency based
Preferable, but not essential
*Exposure to a Drupal
*Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, SQS, SES)
*Familiar building Drupal modules
