Are you Looking to step into the world of Customer Success Management? Do you have experience with Project Management and/or Customer engagement? Then this role is for you!
I am looking for someone to join the technical team at a leading global advertising agency as a customer success manager, to support their bespoke technology solutions.
This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in a role previously involving account management and/or customer engagement/care/support, who is looking to expand into a customer Management role, or go down the more product/account management route alternatively.
Core responsibilities include:
*Customer Onboarding: This includes scheduling and project managing of all phases of application integration, from
oscheduling workshops and demos
omanaging implementation timelines
oUser documentation and other customer communications
oManaging trainings.
*Technology/Product Advocacy
oThe CSM will be a Subject Matter Expert and will know all features and functionality of the product.
oThe CSM will be responsible for managing communications and updating support material for their designated accounts.
oThe CSM will be instrumental in coordinating or performing some user acceptance testing of new features.
oEnsuring the product team remains informed of customer feedback on any functionality, features or any aspect of the health and growth of the application.
*Customer support and account care: Ongoing oversight of customer communications for
oEnsuring customer engagement
oNotification of New features
oOversight of the customer service desk
oEscalation of customer or application issues
You will manage SaaS Implementation projects from inception to the support phase building lasting relationships with key clients. The role will have a large degree of autonomy/responsibility to scope the solution and implementation to meet the clients needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
*A thorough understanding of modern product development practices and have examples of feeding requirements into a Scrum Development Team.
*Experience demonstrating SaaS Solutions to Clients
*Experience drafting and delivering Client facing communications
*Experience working with DAM or Workflow Solutions
*Project Management certifications a plus
* Ideally from an agency or marketing background, otherwise experience working within a technical environment
