Office & Operations Apprentices in London

We are looking for an Office & Operations Apprentice to join us and support our EA & Office Manager in ensuring FutureBrand's day to day operations are run smoothly and effectively for all staff, while positively impacting our culture by creating a harmonious working environment. While we are currently working remotely, you will be fundamental in supporting FutureBrand in our transition into the new way of working the set up of our new office in Bishopsgate and preparing it and us for a seamless return to office.

30 hours per week
Between £18,000.00 and £19,000.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the day to day operations and facilities of FutureBrand London as we transition into our new way of working
  • Be the first point of contact for all office / facilities related queries from employees
  • Help manage overall responsibility for the office environment day to day (e.g. general tidiness)
  • Assist with printer support, binding machine support and design suppliers
  • Train new starters in the travel booking system and set them up with Addison Lee accounts
  • Raise POs and process invoices in SAP relevant to this role
  • Support EA & Office Manager in the management and roll-out of social and cultural events
  • Drive ‘eco’ credentials of the company by being a Green Champion and promoting new solutions
  • Support the Creative Services & Resource Manager to assist with the administration of resource management
  • Update the freelance database / company black book on a weekly basis

We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the below skills:

  • Administrative experience is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of day to day operational tasks
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Conscientious and self-motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team to support others but also work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship role, and significant training and development will be available over an 18 month period. Whilst you will be fully supported to undertake and complete your studies, this programme does require personal commitment to study in your own time, in addition to the time provided by the Company. You will spend 80% of the working week carrying out the practical elements of this role, and the remaining 20% studying for your Business Administration qualification.
